Geo Baker and Austin Johnson know what it takes to be a winner at Rutgers. A three-time all-Big Ten selection, Baker was a driving force in helping lead the Scarlet Knights to their first NCAA Tournament appearances in 30 years during his final two seasons. Along the way, he challenged the NCAA’s status quo and has emerged as an outspoken advocate for players’ rights in the new landscape of name, image and likeness opportunities.
